Welcome to the Featherstone Ukulele Jam
On Martha's Vineyard
This group of crazy ukulele players meets every Wednesday evening at 7pm. We gather at The Pebble which is the first building on your right as you come up the drive into the Featherstone Center for the Arts, on Barnes Road, in Oak Bluffs, on Martha's Vineyard. The lights are usually on to mark the way! Our group is made up of all levels of players and singers and ALL are cordually invited to join us.
The evening usually includes a brief bit of instruction but the emphasis is on strumming and having fun. All levels of skill are welcome, we just love to play! We break midway through the evening for a chance to chat, share a treat or two, and to get to know each other better.
So, come join us. Bring your ukulele or come knowing we always have a few extra ukes around for you to try.

Weekly Jams
Every Wednesday Evening at Pebble from 7 to 9pm
All are welcome to join this wild and woolie group of ukulele players. The evening usually starts with a quick warmup tune and then a bit of theory and chord practice. No matter what your skill level, there is a comfortable place for you.
We take a quick wine and goodie break and then back to singing and strumming.

Wednesdays at 5:30 in the Pebble Gallery with Andy.
Cost for the workshop is $5 per session. If you have thought about trying this wonderful instrument, this is the place for you.

Big News
Look for news concerning our first Martha's Vineyard Ukulele Festival to be held next season on September 19, 2015. Great headliners and a fabulous teaching staff will be on hand to add skill to whatever level you bring to the event. Top that off with a Luau - East Coast Style - and great performances! It will be a memorable event!!!
